During our bi-weekly support group, we bring mindful awareness to our digital habits, explore the triggers that keep us hooked, and focus on aligning our time with our core values. In each session, you’ll also learn how and why technology is designed to be so addictive—drawing from behavioral design, marketing psychology, and the persuasive strategies that shape our digital world. Our goal is to help you understand your patterns, reduce digital distractions, and create more space for a fuller, more intentional life.

Registration is limited to maintain an intimate, supportive environment. Each gathering is designed to deepen self-awareness and highlight practical opportunities for meaningful change.
